I think the Kolkata Knight Riders missed on their zeal and energy level a bit in this match, specially against the towering Matthew Hayden. Personally i was hoping it high for Sourav as it was chance ot bring it hard on the truant M.S.Dhoni, but anyways i hope they get back on the tarck in Kolkata on tuesday.

Guess Dhoni is the magical captain here too. Call it luck or his brilliance, the swashbuckling wicket-keeper batsman makes sure that everything falls in place for him at the right time. His team clearly looks a well-knit unit in a mere bonding of 3 matches, something which is missing from a side even as heavily loaded as the Deccan Chargers.

He seems to be cool under intense situations and each time his mettle is tested, he emerges victorious with the best part being that he never takes the onus of victory on him and prefers praising other members unselfishly, even if that is a question of making a contribution smaller than his own count.
