That’s a good news. I like tofu, of course not more than real fresh paneer and cheeze. Soy products have a nutty smell that some people like and some don’t at all. But scientists say that soy milk has more proteine tham cow milk, even tofu is better than paneer. Tofu is a bit spongy and gets hard withing two or three days. It loses its taste amd smell very quick, that’s why not prefered by many.

Tofu has little smell or taste of its own, that is why easily catches the spice taste. I don’t like Chinese and Japanese dishes, perhaps trying out some Indian style may taste good.
